At Treasure Jewelries, your happiness means the world to us. That’s why we proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, let us know within 72 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns for Non-Damaged Items
If your order arrives on time and in good condition, but you’d like to return it for any reason:

Contact us at support@treasurejewelries.com within 72 hours of delivery.

A $7.95 flat-rate return fee per unit will be deducted to cover handling and delivery costs.

Returns requested after the 72-hour window cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: payment processors such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable transaction fees (typically 3.5% to 4.7%). These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
If your order was $125 via PayPal (with a 4.5% fee), your refund will be $119.38.
For orders under $99, a flat $7.95 deduction applies per unit.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your order arrives damaged:

We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery:

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it.

Requests made after this window are not guaranteed, as the order may already be in transit.

Once an order has entered the manufacturing or personalization stage, it can no longer be fully canceled.

If a cancellation is requested after production has begun, we can offer a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

The remaining balance covers the materials, labor, and production costs that have already been incurred.

If shipped, you can return it under our standard return policy.

Refunds for canceled orders will also exclude non-refundable transaction fees as outlined above.
Personalized Products
All custom or personalized items (e.g., names, dates, custom sign-offs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If there's an issue, we may offer store credit or a partial discount (up to 50% off) as a goodwill gesture.
Customer Error Policy
Please double-check all personalizations before submitting your order.
We cannot accept returns due to customer mistakes, but we’ll always try to find a solution to keep you happy.
Holiday Shipping Policy
During peak holiday seasons, we strive to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.
We cannot offer refunds for orders delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
